What you will do:
: Drive sales in the DOT/Pavement sector throughout Florida.
Collaborate with DOT/Pavement manufacturers to secure and maintain necessary product approvals across all DOT regions.
Enhance local contractor, DOT, and engineering firms' product awareness through joint training seminars with pavement-focused manufacturers. Work to cultivate strategic relationships with the sales team to monitor DOT lettings and project follow-up.
Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Build strong connections with key accounts. Maintain effective communication with Branch Leadership to achieve shared objectives and drive results. Continuously gather market intelligence through local industry associations, events, and vendor relationships. Utilize business technology and sales data to make informed decisions. Champion a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees understand and strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures. What you will bring:
: Bachelor's degree (B.A.); or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training. Previous leadership experience in the industry is preferred. Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus. Must possess a valid driver's license. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and team members. Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
