JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in implementing marketing strategies for various hospitality initiatives, encompassing hotel services, entertainment offerings, dining experiences, and large-scale events. This role demands a results-oriented individual capable of juggling multiple projects while consistently delivering exceptional outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage diverse projects with various stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Support management in executing marketing initiatives within the hospitality sector.
  • Analyze operational aspects such as pricing strategies, quality assurance, marketing effectiveness, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to provide marketing assistance.
  • Supervise the creation, production, and distribution of marketing materials across different platforms.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and setup of marketing assets.
  • Review and update marketing signage as necessary.
  • Procure marketing materials and signage.
  • Assist in updating website content.
  • Contribute to creative updates and menu revisions.
  • Support the maintenance and auditing of digital signage.
  • Help organize promotional events, including setup and evaluation.
  • Maintain and oversee property marketing documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role is preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant marketing is advantageous.
  • Graphic design skills are a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and familiarity with video/digital software.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Proficient in proofreading.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in project plans and requirements.
  • Persistent in following up on project statuses.
