Hospitality Marketing Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
The Hospitality Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in implementing marketing strategies across various hospitality sectors, including hotels, entertainment venues, dining establishments, and large-scale events. This position is ideal for a proactive individual capable of juggling multiple projects while consistently delivering exceptional outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage diverse projects with numerous stakeholders and stringent deadlines. Support management in executing marketing initiatives within the hospitality sector. Consider operational aspects such as pricing, quality, marketing strategies, customer perceptions, and satisfaction levels. Collaborate with operational teams to provide effective marketing assistance. Supervise the design, production, and deployment of marketing materials across various platforms. Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and installation of marketing assets. Review and update marketing signage at properties as necessary. Procure marketing signage as required. Assist in updating website content. Support creative and menu revisions. Help with the maintenance and auditing of digital signage. Facilitate activations, including setup and evaluation. Maintain and oversee property marketing matrices. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline is essential. A minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising or marketing is preferred. Experience in hospitality or restaurant marketing is advantageous. Graphic design skills are a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial. Proficiency in Windows, MS Word, and Excel, along with knowledge of video and digital software. Familiarity with Adobe software: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Professional appearance and demeanor are required. Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision. Capability to handle challenging situations with composure and professionalism. Strong organizational skills are necessary. Ability to proofread effectively. Capacity to anticipate and adapt to changes in planning and adjust strategies accordingly. Attention to detail is essential. Commitment to following up on projects diligently.DISCLAIMER:
