Your Role
We are in search of a Marketing Manager to oversee our content team, which is part of the broader National Marketing division.

This position involves strategic planning, daily operational support, and the development of Accoravillage's digital channels, including web, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO), while managing our customer engagement ecosystem.

The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with National Marketing Managers, IT, and the Product Management team to create a digital and content strategy aimed at enhancing web traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.

As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will foster a results-driven culture and positively influence your colleagues.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the content team and formulate the content strategy.
  • Support the digital and content teams in articulating the brand narrative across all paid and owned channels.
  • Ensure a consistent brand identity across all platforms by reviewing, editing, and guiding the team as necessary.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with essential business stakeholders in IT, Product, Customer Experience, People & Culture, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Assist key stakeholders in web development projects, production timelines, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives and evaluate them against established goals.
  • Support Community initiatives and regional marketing efforts.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities, optimize the content strategy, and inform conversion rate enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Creative thinker with 3-5 years of experience in executing content strategies and marketing communications.
  • Strong passion for writing and copy editing.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics 4, and on-page SEO best practices is advantageous.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring team members, comfortable with guiding change and providing constructive feedback to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
