About the Job

Laoret is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business leads through research and outreach efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
  • Articulate the value proposition of Laoret's solutions to potential customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and revenue growth goals
Requirements
  • Strong business development and sales skills with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Experience in the translation and localization industry is a plus
