Job Title: Territory Manager

The Territory Manager is a critical role within Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. responsible for driving business growth and promoting our branded dermatology portfolio in targeted physician offices, clinics, and institutions specializing in medical dermatology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the HQ Commercial Team and field-based employees to drive acceptance of promoted products
  • Manage promotional budgets and optimize business opportunities in the territory
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales experience
  • Strong communication and business acumen skills
  • Ability to collaborate, innovate, and deliver results
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • 3+ years of medical dermatology sales experience
  • Experience selling in complex Market Access environments
  • Product launch experience
  • Experience selling in highly competitive environments

This individual must possess a positive attitude, be adaptable, and maintain focus on achieving territory business goals. They should be highly motivated, professional, and capable of building trust with their matrix team.

General Responsibilities and Decision-Making Authority:

  • Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager
  • Responsible for understanding and leveraging CRM, sales data, and reports
  • Responsible for timely call reporting and expense reporting
  • Responsible for managing promotional budgets within the territory
  • Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
