Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at the Jack Laurie Group. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our janitorial services portfolio.

About the Role

This position will focus on building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the cleaning services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth and market share
  • Bid on new projects and contracts, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and contracts
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the cleaning services industry
  • Strong knowledge of the cleaning services industry, including janitorial processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
