Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at HANWHA AEROSPACE USA LLC. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our aerospace products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and protocols.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and non-conformities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as aerospace engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with statistical process control and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations.
  • Experience with quality management software and tools.
