Personal Lines Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Lines Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Insurance Search Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a select portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing expert advice on risk management and insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with them to ensure their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and discretion. You will also work closely with family offices to coordinate comprehensive insurance programs and efficiently use the Applied Epic agency management software for all account management activities.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines account management, specifically with ultra-high-net-worth clients. You must possess a current Property & Casualty license and have proficiency in Applied Epic and Microsoft Office. You will also need to have exceptional client service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $155,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, wellness programs, FSA, and 401(k), as well as generous paid time off and a culture that emphasizes work-life balance.
