Responsibilities
  • Leverage your leadership experience to drive financial results and maintain high operational standards
  • Mentor and develop crew members to become a cohesive team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Promote a culture of ownership and accountability among team members, ensuring they take pride in their work
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to grow the business through community engagement and fundraising initiatives
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including management of inventory, scheduling, and staff development
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management
  • ServSafe certification
