Corner Table Restaurants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Washington, DC. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall direction and operation of our kitchen.

If you have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef in high-volume restaurants and are confident in your abilities, then we'd love to hear from you.
The Role- Direct and maintain Corner Table Restaurants' culinary vision
- Oversee and direct all kitchen teams
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
- Make final hiring decisions for the back of house
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies
- Manage labor and kitchen waste
- Train values and maintain the integrity of the culture
