The Occidental, a renowned establishment affiliated with STARR Restaurants and James Beard Award-winning restaurateur Stephen Starr, is seeking an exceptional Executive Sous Chef to lead its culinary team. This esteemed position offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000, quarterly bonus program, referral bonus programs, paid vacation and sick time, medical, dental, and vision benefits coverage, and dining discounts at over 25 affiliated STARR Restaurants.

Job Overview

We are in search of a lead-by-example Executive Sous Chef who has a passion for creating exceptionally delicious food executed and served with care and consistency. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality dishes are prepared and presented to our discerning guests.
