Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team at Firehouse Subs. This dynamic leader will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.

About the Role:
  • Lead a high-performing team of restaurant managers, staff, and vendors to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with regional management to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and open communication among team members
Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cash handling
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, address issues, and provide coaching
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with a track record of driving growth and innovation
  • Proven leadership skills, with ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in business or hospitality
  • Experience with restaurant software programs, POS systems, and data analysis tools
  • ServSafe Certified Food Manager (CFM) certification

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
