About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Sous Chef to join our team at 1789 Restaurant, a renowned fine dining establishment in the DMV region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and develop kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food quality and service.
  • Inventories prepared foods, determines portion sizes, and delegates food preparation assignments.
  • Assists in menu development and ensures compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a fine-dining restaurant.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and service.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
