Position Overview

Shape Exceptional Hospitality Experiences
As the Guest Services Operations Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding hospitality, leading a committed team to ensure that every visitor feels genuinely welcomed and at ease from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Daily Operations Management
Oversee the daily functions of the guest services department, guaranteeing a smooth and inviting experience for guests through effective task coordination, staff management, and resource allocation.

Team Leadership and Development
Inspire, train, and guide the guest services team, offering insights on service excellence, communication techniques, and conflict resolution to uphold a high standard of professionalism and guest satisfaction.

Guest Liaison
Serve as the primary contact for guests, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests, ensuring a tailored and positive experience throughout their stay.

Interdepartmental Collaboration
Encourage effective communication and teamwork with other hotel divisions, such as housekeeping, reservations, and maintenance, to provide a cohesive and integrated approach to guest services and overall hospitality.

Feedback Analysis and Improvement
Gather and evaluate guest feedback, reviews, and surveys, utilizing this data to pinpoint areas for enhancement, implement necessary changes, and contribute to the overall improvement of guest satisfaction.

Compensation
Annual salary of $70,000.
