Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests before their arrival and throughout their stay.
  • Maximize suite revenue and occupancy while managing all reservation and inquiry calls during the shift.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in training and supervising team members.
  • Develop superior service skills in interactions with clients, guests, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Preferred experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license is necessary.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently.
  • Capability to stand for the entire duration of the shift.

Mental Requirements:

  • Maintain composure and objectivity in high-pressure situations.
  • Effectively handle workplace problems, including anticipation, prevention, identification, and resolution.
  • Convey information and ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Listen to, understand, clarify, and resolve concerns raised by clients, guests, and coworkers.
  • Assimilate complex information and data from various sources to meet specific needs.
  • Work with and understand financial information and basic arithmetic functions.

Availability:

This position requires open availability, which may include working weekends and holidays.
