Position Overview

The Front Desk Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless guest experience at our establishment. This full-time position requires a dynamic individual who excels in customer service and possesses strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to guests before, during, and after their stay.
  • Oversee all reservation and inquiry calls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in training and supervising front desk staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Maximize revenue and occupancy through effective management of guest interactions.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Hotel Management or related fields is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and fluency in English are mandatory.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Capability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations and effectively resolve issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and listen attentively.
