Position Summary:


Are you a dedicated hospitality professional who excels in delivering exceptional service? Join our team as a Guest Services Supervisor and play a key role in crafting memorable experiences for our esteemed guests.

In this role, you will lead a team of bell staff, establishing the benchmark for outstanding service and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of bell staff, promoting a culture of exceptional service and professionalism.

Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and personalized experience.

Oversee luggage handling, transportation, and guest requests with promptness and efficiency.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.

Ensure a smooth and efficient process for luggage, packages, and guest belongings.

Provide recommendations and assistance to guests, enhancing their overall experience.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Less than three moving violations in the last three years

No DUI convictions

Must possess a current driver's license where applicable

Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English

Effective communication skills with the public and fellow employees

Familiarity with the local area and attractions

One year of prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred

Valid CDL license where applicable
