Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager I to join our team. As a key member of our Higher Education division, you will play a vital role in servicing client institutions and building strong relationships with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Higher Ed Schools and develop strong relationships with client institutions to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal teams to provide guidance and solutions to client institutions.
  • Organize and facilitate external communication with key client institution personnel, including conference calls, emails, and status reporting.
  • Identify, track, report, prioritize, and resolve client issues and concerns, coordinating with internal departments to provide responses and solutions.
  • Enter and verify daily agreement and/or client institution changes with high accuracy.
  • Recognize, document, and discuss enhancements needed by client institutions.
  • Think creatively to provide solutions to client institutions and/or payers.
  • Maintain and update client institution informational pieces.
  • Maintain and review NBS client institution online products.
  • Establish open communication with all areas of NBS to best serve our customers.
  • Manage payer agreements and resolve issues by contacting the client institution or payer.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • College degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product service, tech support, or helpdesk experience preferred.
  • Experience using ticketing management systems a plus.
