About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Dodge Construction Network. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize account growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to include understanding clients' needs, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue for existing clients, including upselling additional products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Care, to meet clients' specific needs
  • Act as a client advocate within the organization, ensuring that client feedback, concerns, and needs are communicated effectively to relevant departments for prompt resolution and product improvements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Proficiency in desktop software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn SaaS products
  • Basic construction industry knowledge or ability to learn construction industry knowledge
  • Superior personal integrity and ownership of outcomes
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Relationship building and client-centric skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working in a SaaS-based environment
  • Previous CRM or order management experience
