- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in chemical sales, with experience in food or pharma a plus
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- High level of organization to balance multiple activities
- Proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office programs
- Experience and knowledge of the Surfactants Market
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
