Indorama Ventures is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our Integrated Oxides and Derivatives team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing existing and new accounts in the Performance Products market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account plans aligned with the segment's strategic plan
  • Understand customer business needs and priorities, discovering and validating key challenges and quantifying opportunities
  • Connect customer needs with Indorama's strategy
  • Develop and manage relationships with key customer contacts
  • Ensure alignment to provide valuable service to accounts
  • Define and track expected results for the account
  • Manage business development and pipeline with customers
  • Ensure results of accounts are maximized
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in chemical sales, with experience in food or pharma a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • High level of organization to balance multiple activities
  • Proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience and knowledge of the Surfactants Market
  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
