Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the project management team by overseeing and coordinating all facets of project activities, from inception to completion. This position requires close collaboration with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed on schedule, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in crafting project plans and timelines.
  • Organize project meetings and document the minutes.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Act as a liaison for project-related inquiries.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, team members, and clients.
  • Prepare and disseminate project-related reports and updates.
  • Support resource allocation and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Maintain project documentation for team accessibility.
  • Track and manage project budgets and expenditures.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues, escalating them to the project manager.
  • Assist in formulating risk mitigation strategies.
  • Follow up on action items and outstanding issues.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards.
  • Conduct project reviews and evaluations post-completion.
  • Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive project files and records.
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.

Working Conditions
