IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The perfect candidate will possess experience in customer service, call center operations, transportation, or supply chain sectors. A strong desire to provide prompt solutions and resolve challenges through effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills is essential. Successful applicants will thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting with ample opportunities for professional growth. They will be accountable to themselves, team members, and work schedules.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Logistics Coordinator or Transportation Specialist.
  • Proficient in call management, with a focus on details and facts to achieve resolutions.
  • Ability to navigate emotions effectively, prioritizing problem-solving over empathy.
  • Technologically adept, with at least 1 year of experience using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Willingness to work 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities available.
