Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and posting of monthly progress billings.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual billing requirements.
  • Help update and distribute weekly Productivity Rate tracking spreadsheets.
  • Support the preparation of cash position and projection analyses.
  • Conduct periodic audits of project billings to confirm all costs are submitted for payment.
  • Assist operations in preparing monthly cost at completion estimates.
  • Support monthly cost at completion review meetings with Operations and Finance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on the needs of the business unit.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Business Suite or similar financial software is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Capable of working under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Effective interaction with all levels of employees, vendors, and clients.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Oracle is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in approach.
What You Bring:
  • An Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management support, preferably within a construction context.
  • A combination of education, training, and relevant experience is acceptable.
Work Environment:
  • General office environment with extended periods of sitting, standing, and typing.
  • Noise levels may vary from low to medium, with potential for increased noise on job sites.
  • Compliance with ADA and state laws regarding reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
