Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Permobil. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing the territory sales vision and goals, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including existing and prospective customers
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and develop solutions
  • Present and develop sales recommendations, negotiate and execute sales contracts
  • Manage territory expenses, product returns, and inventory
  • Analyze and assess territory sales trends, reporting periodically
  • Plan sales activities based on territory needs to ensure attainment of sales goals
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Identify and maintain contact with prospective customers, developing strategies to convert them to new customers
  • Develop and maintain accurate customer files and records
  • Report to management on product issues, customer loss, or competitive sales strategies
  • Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, business, technical discipline, or related area
  • Minimum 3 years field sales experience or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in the complex rehab/assistive technology industry
  • Previous sales management experience or experience with market development businesses
  • Experience in marketing, training, technical services, or related areas
