Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our Xfinity store team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a strong background in retail sales and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales and compliance results in the assigned retail location.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with leadership to analyze business performance and implement practices to achieve goals.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Manage inventory, cash handling, and operational procedures to ensure efficient store operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in wireless, cable, or retail sales.
