Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client accounts, and playing a critical role in our company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products and services.
- Initiate and manage order processes, ensuring timely creation and dispatch of invoices, and confirming payment processing with both clients and accounting.
- Liaise with the production team post-kickoff to ensure all project aspects, including lead times, shipping schedules, and customizations, meet customer expectations.
- Verify production schedules and timelines and communicate critical activities such as shipping and project milestones to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage all post-sale communications, including milestone updates, payment acknowledgements, product inquiries, and installation and delivery preparations.
- Handle all post-delivery aspects, including addressing installation issues, product-related questions, post-sale follow-ups, and conducting customer surveys/reengagements.
- Track STEELSTACK brand metrics and generate reports for sales and production teams.
- Highly organized with an exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communicator capable of effectively interacting with customers and internal teams across various departments.
- Proven ability to hold production teams accountable to schedules and quality standards.
- At least four years of post-school experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to navigate with minimal direction and reduced visibility.
- Required to become familiar with the manufacturing operation and process, build relationships and become familiar with the team.
