MANAGEMENT AND SALES

Oversee product offerings and cultivate relationships with key customer contacts for the promotion of our products at designated Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) locations.

Assess the current and future product requirements at accounts and identify opportunities to enhance sales performance.

Ensure that all Red Bull equipment is maintained in a clean and operational state.

Conduct external sales activities as required.

Additional responsibilities as assigned.

EXECUTION STRATEGY

Analyze competitors' actions, including new product launches and pricing strategies.

Achieve monthly objectives focused on various metrics: sales volume, distribution efficiency, pricing strategies, product display, new account establishment, and other merchandising aspects.

Safeguard and promote the Red Bull brand by ensuring proper product rotation to maintain freshness while adhering to Red Bull's established brand guidelines.

Enhance product inventory and variety at each assigned RBDC account while improving in-store branding and ensuring the delivery of fresh products.

BUILDING SUCCESSFUL RELATIONSHIPS

Collaborate effectively across departments and share successful practices.

Be a significant contributor and leader within the peer group.

Maintain strong relationships with customer contacts at each assigned RBDC account.

Qualifications

Possession of a valid US Driver's License and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.

Must be at least 21 years old.

Experience in sales, account management, and direct store delivery (DSD) is advantageous.

Capability to lift and transport inventory and/or promotional displays weighing up to 25 pounds.

Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
