Position Overview:

The Rays Baseball Club LLC is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of our ticket sales team. If you have a passion for sports and a knack for sales, this role may be an excellent fit for you. As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell season memberships, group tickets, premium packages, and corporate offerings. Your focus will be on driving sales growth, delivering outstanding customer service, and devising innovative strategies to engage our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue both new and existing opportunities for season memberships, group sales, premium offerings, and corporate packages.
  • Efficiently manage and maintain all client ticketing information and records.
  • Provide exceptional service to new season membership clients while fostering strong relationships.
  • Oversee ticketing operations, including upselling and delivering superior customer service to assigned accounts.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of sales strategies for business-to-business initiatives.
  • Conduct sales outreach to accurately assess customer needs and preferences.
  • Engage in event day and evening responsibilities, including weekends and holidays.
  • Exhibit proficiency in managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Represent the Rays Baseball Club Ticket Sales department at various promotional events and during in-game sales activities.
  • Be prepared to work a minimum of 16 Saturdays throughout the regular season.
  • Perform any additional tasks, projects, or responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • A strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to success in sports sales are essential.
  • Preferred candidates will have at least one year of experience in ticket sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling is highly valued.
