We are seeking a dedicated **Office Operations Coordinator** to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Addressing and resolving administrative inquiries and concerns.
- Overseeing Salesforce case management.
- Processing product orders efficiently.
- Updating and managing data related to attendees and ticket sales.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is highly desirable.
- Exemplary professionalism in a corporate setting.
- Capacity to operate standard office equipment (phone, computer, etc.) for the majority of the workday.
This position requires in-office attendance for three days a week, with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Compensation:The pay rate for this position is **$31.92 per hour**.
