The ideal candidate will be proficient in selling indoor air quality products and new HVAC systems, alongside performing regular maintenance and repairs on residential HVAC units. This position offers significant earning potential, with top performers achieving annual incomes exceeding $200,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on residential HVAC systems to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform comprehensive system assessments to identify sales opportunities for indoor air quality products and system upgrades.
  • Effectively present and sell indoor air quality solutions and new HVAC systems to homeowners, highlighting the advantages and value of our offerings.
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Maintain detailed records of all service calls, sales activities, and customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about the latest HVAC technologies and industry developments to provide optimal solutions to our clients.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC Sales Technician with a proven sales record.
  • In-depth knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including maintenance, repair, and installation.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell indoor air quality products and new HVAC systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with customers.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve high earning potential.
  • Valid HVAC technician certification and driver's license.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
