Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Epsilon is in search of a System Business Analyst with a focus on Retail Media. This position is pivotal in refining our internal "order to cash" workflow from a systems perspective. You will engage with various tools such as Salesforce, FUSE Billing, Altair, Service Now, and others that drive our operations.

Your role will blend responsibilities of a system administrator and a business analyst. You will collaborate with senior team members to handle daily system requests, assess tickets, implement changes, and manage new system-related inquiries. Your ability to understand these requests, brainstorm solutions, develop project plans, and lead initiatives for enhancements will be crucial. Additionally, you will become a subject matter expert for these tools, conducting ongoing improvement and training sessions for both new and existing team members.

This position does not involve system development but requires close collaboration with developers, engineers, and other technical professionals to facilitate detailed system modifications. You will be responsible for making adjustments and working within the customizations and platform changes of the browser-based O2C systems mentioned.

The "order to cash" process is essential for ensuring that all cross-functional teams can maintain a smooth and effective workflow from pre-sales campaigns to final campaign execution, including activation and billing.

Collaboration and Innovation:

This position reports to the SVP of Business Transformation and works closely with various departments including Sales, Client Solutions Management, Delivery Ad Operations, Retail Business Owners, Accounting & Finance, Product, Onboarding, and Analytics. This is a hybrid role, with expectations for in-office presence as required.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in retail media, eCommerce, and digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and similar CRM and OMS systems.
  • 2-3+ years in a system administration role related to the aforementioned tools.
  • Experience managing a ticketing system and addressing end-user requests.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to enhance team performance.
  • Exceptional customer service and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and instill confidence across various organizational levels.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with strong decision-making capabilities.
