Job Overview

Dynasty Financial Partners, LLC is on the lookout for a dedicated professional to become a vital member of our Relationship Management Team. The position of Client Relationship Executive is crucial within our organization, as you will serve as the primary liaison between our client firms and Dynasty. Your role will encompass overseeing various projects that client firms are engaged in with Dynasty, while also acting as a strategic consultant to the leadership of the Network firm. The Client Relationship Executive will be tasked with spearheading initiatives aimed at enhancing profitability and fostering growth within these organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

The Client Relationship Executive will be accountable for:

  • Client Engagement: Ensure that clients receive timely responses to their inquiries and creatively resolve diverse challenges.
  • Operational Leadership: Function as an outsourced chief operating officer (OCOO), allowing business principals to concentrate on growth.
  • Strategic Guidance: Collaborate with firm principals to develop and execute business strategies. Assist in evaluating internal teams within Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
  • Feedback Provision: Offer continuous insights regarding the firm's business model, with a focus on client development.
  • Project Coordination: Effectively manage multiple stakeholders to achieve defined objectives.
  • Information Synthesis: Gather data from various sources and communicate clearly with clients and senior management.
  • Transition Management: Leverage prior experience in facilitating a wealth management firm's transition to new technology solutions or advisor teams to new firms.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 40-60% of the time.

Qualifications:

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be advantageous:

  • Wealth Management: Background in wealth management, whether as an advisor, manager, or in a support capacity, with a deep understanding of the operational dynamics of running a wealth management firm.
  • Practice Management: Capability to collaborate with advisors and company leaders to drive growth and profitability.
  • Management Consulting: Proficiency in diagnosing situations and providing actionable recommendations for future direction.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-starter with a proactive approach, excellent presentation and public speaking skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with exceptional writing, presentation, and organizational skills.
