Position Overview:

The Radiology Imaging Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality radiographic and surgical imaging services, including fluoroscopy, under the supervision of a physician. This role caters to patients across all age groups while adhering to the ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct a variety of radiological procedures in compliance with established protocols.

- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging processes.

- Collaborate with medical staff to optimize imaging techniques and enhance patient care.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, along with relevant certifications.

Licenses & Certifications:
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Certified Radiologic Technologist
- ARRT Registered Technologist - Radiography

Additional Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited AMA program in Radiology.
- A minimum of six months of experience in a healthcare environment is required.
- Proficiency in the operation and setup of O-Arm and Stealth Neuro Navigation systems is essential.
- Ability to independently execute all radiological procedures, particularly those related to surgical settings.

Experience:

- At least six months of experience in an acute care environment is mandatory.
