Position Overview:

The Radiology Navigation Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality radiographic and surgical imaging services, including fluoroscopy, under the supervision of a physician. This role caters to all age demographics, ensuring adherence to the ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of radiographic and surgical imaging procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with the medical team to provide optimal patient care.
Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications.

Licenses & Certifications:
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Certified Radiologic Technologist
- ARRT Registered Technologist in Radiography

Additional Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an accredited AMA program in Radiology. A minimum of six months of experience in an acute care environment is required. Proficiency in the operation and setup of O-Arm and Stealth Neuro Navigation systems is essential. The candidate must be capable of independently executing all radiological procedures, particularly those associated with surgical settings.

Experience:
- At least six months of experience in an acute care setting is mandatory.
