In this position

  • Foster a customer-centric atmosphere, ensuring all lending options are thoroughly presented for consideration
  • Oversee collection efforts, including advising clients on overdue loan payments
  • Recruit and nurture high-caliber, diverse talent
  • Guide team members through constructive feedback and facilitate their professional development
  • Enhance branch performance by inspiring team members while adhering to all policies and legal regulations
  • Employ strategic thinking to prioritize and address challenges promptly and consistently
  • Willingness to travel locally for business development initiatives

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in leadership with a focus on coaching and team management
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
  • Capability to secure insurance licensing within six months of employment where applicable

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree or experience in underwriting, credit decision-making, or related financial services

The target base salary range is $28-$37, contingent on various factors including skills and experience. This role also qualifies for a competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance.
