Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Health Sales Executive to join our team at Allstate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting strong broker relationships and driving sales of Allstate Health Group Medical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and motivate national and regional broker partners to sell, service, and conserve business to ensure profitable growth and meet sales objectives.
  • Make qualifying calls on groups with brokers and provide enrollment support.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with sales support, underwriting, policyholder services, billing support, compliance, commission accounting, home office personnel, and Allstate field management.
  • Analyze markets and formulate recruiting programs to secure brokers who will effectively produce quality business.
  • Work with brokers to help bring value to their existing book of business and develop new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 5 or more years of experience (preferred)
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Sales communication and relationship building skills required.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to stay current on sales and marketing techniques and changes in state and federal law that affect the Company's sales efforts and impact the insurance industry in general.
Compensation:

The compensation for this role is $42,800.00 - $49,925.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
