Health Sales Executive

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and train new producers to achieve sales growth objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and sales support teams
- Provide enrollment support and drive sales production from Group Health products
- Analyze markets and formulate recruiting programs to secure high-quality producers
- 4-year Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field (preferred)
- Life and Health insurance license (preferred)
- $50,000 annual salary, plus uncapped commission
