Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at The Amynta Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and development of an assigned portfolio, working closely with stakeholders from Underwriting, Legal, Claims, Actuarial, Marketing, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales for your portfolio, focusing on channel development, pipeline management, sales qualification, CRM utilization, dealer development, dealer contracting, dealer training, SG&A management, and front-line product support.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales goals and objectives, contributing to goal achievement and driving sales growth for your portfolio.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, encouraging all divisions to develop and deliver a dealer-centered experience.
  • Participate in industry conferences and related marketing opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Implement continuous improvement activities, delivering improved operational processes, increased efficiency, and improved sales conversion rates.
  • Engage with Claims, Marketing, clients, and dealers to obtain market trends, competitive analyses, and competitive pricing feedback.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, with a focus on heavy equipment extended service contracts and related insurance products.
  • Property and Casualty Insurance license preferred, must be obtained after hiring.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as CRM tools like Salesforce and business intelligence tools like PowerBI/Tableau/Qlik.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% as required.
