About the Role

At Allstate, we're committed to protecting people from life's uncertainties. As a Group Health Sales Executive, you'll play a critical role in promoting strong broker relationships and selling Allstate Health Group Medical products. This opportunity will entail driving sales, managing broker relationships, and closing deals. Training is provided, and you'll need to obtain a Life & Health insurance license. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and persistence are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and motivate producers to sell and service group health products
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with brokers, sales support, and other stakeholders
  • Analyze markets and formulate recruiting programs to secure producers who can drive quality premiums
  • Help implement and monitor procedures to improve persistency of business written in assigned areas
Requirements
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • CEBS, CLU, and/or ChFC certifications (preferred)
  • Life and Health license (preferred)
