About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Advanced Restoration. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.

Responsibilities:

* Welcome and greet visitors, employees, and clients in a professional and friendly manner
* Manage the front office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail and deliveries
* Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar
* Organize company trips and handle employee travel itineraries
* Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, paperwork, and photocopying
* Maintain the security of the front office by ensuring all visitors follow proper sign-in procedures

Requirements:

* At least one year of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
* Proficiency in word processing programs and basic computer skills
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
