Job Summary:

Apart from supporting one of our largest commercial clients across the United States, this role will involve managing the financial aspects of a portfolio of approximately 650+ store leases. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and mathematical aptitude, as well as excellent PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lease-related financial transactions, including rent, real estate taxes, common area maintenance charges, insurance premiums, and other property-related operating expenses.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with landlords.
  • Oversee, review, process, and approve lease-related financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • 2 years minimum experience in commercial real estate or commercial property management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
