We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Addus HomeCare. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative and operational activities, handling HR, payroll, and scheduling, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative and operational activities: Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, payroll, and HR tasks.
  • Handle HR, payroll, and scheduling: Process payroll, manage employee records, and coordinate scheduling.
  • Resolve client issues: Respond to client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Oversee new hire process and training: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and provide training as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR team: Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to client complaints and issues: Respond to client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain branch office professionalism: Maintain a professional and organized work environment.
  • Supervise purchasing and material management: Oversee the purchasing and material management process.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: Required.
  • 3-5 years of healthcare environment experience: Required.
  • Basic medical terminology knowledge: Required.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills: Required.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and scheduling programs: Required.
