Core Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Assistance: Deliver thorough administrative support to project leaders and construction personnel, which includes managing project documentation, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate project records.
  • Document Oversight: Supervise the creation, distribution, and organization of essential construction documents, including contracts, amendments, and necessary permits.
  • Communication Facilitation: Serve as a key point of contact between team members and management to ensure effective communication and address any challenges that may arise.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that all construction operations adhere to applicable regulations, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
  • Office Coordination: Manage office-related functions such as procurement of supplies, inventory management, and record organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in construction administration or a similar role. Familiarity with software such as Computer Ease and Raken is advantageous.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail Orientation: Capacity to accurately manage extensive volumes of information and documentation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to navigate unexpected challenges with composure and efficiency.
