Position Summary

As a Certified QuickBooks Bookkeeper, you will work closely with our clients, guiding them to understand their financial statements, improve profitability, grow their businesses, and establish a lasting legacy.

Your key responsibilities will encompass regular meetings with small business owners, analyzing financial statements, strategizing for profit enhancement, tax planning, cash flow management, and preparing clients for successful business transitions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure client satisfaction through comprehensive service delivery
  • Prepare and present year-end financial statements to clients
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients by organizing their financial documentation
  • Review daily tasks to monitor progress and ensure efficiency
  • Guarantee the quality and punctuality of all client-related activities
  • Support virtual CFO services, including budgeting and Profit First assessments
  • Assist with bookkeeping and tax-related responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Advanced QuickBooks Pro Advisor Certification
  • A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
  • Prior experience in an accounting firm
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to organize and enhance financial records
  • Proficient in creating financial statements
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in team management
  • Knowledge of corporate and personal tax regulations
  • Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting
  • CPA designation is preferred
