Ideal Candidates:

  • Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and have prior experience in retail or sales (preferred)
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills with excellent numerical and computer proficiency, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
  • Support the concept of total body care with a foundational understanding of massage and skincare services

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and appreciated
  • Advocate for the benefits of Total Body Care by informing clients about new and enhanced services, promoting the Wellness Program, scheduling future appointments, and recommending retail products based on service provider advice
  • Facilitate clinic operations by welcoming clients, managing appointment schedules, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns
  • Assist in expanding and retaining a client base through both in-person interactions and outreach via phone/email
