Customer Engagement Specialist (part-time) - Tangible Westshore Plaza

Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Customer Engagement Specialist is to warmly welcome, guide, and promote Tangible Market Kiosk offerings to visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide guests to the Tangible Market Kiosk.
- Address inquiries from guests regarding Tangible Market products.
- Provide accurate information and context about Tangible products in a professional manner, utilizing effective communication skills and sales techniques.
- Utilize product knowledge to enhance sales by educating and assisting guests.
- Continuously acquire and maintain knowledge about Tangible Market products through research and training.
- Assist in the upkeep and maintenance (light cleaning) of the Tangible Market products and kiosk, including kiosk hardware.
- Serve as a role model and mentor for new team members.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management to ensure workflow and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- Customer Service Skills: Must be cheerful, friendly, and hospitality-oriented, ensuring guests have a pleasant experience.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and interpret product information. Capable of effectively communicating and presenting information to customers and all levels of management.
- Reasoning Ability: Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements
This role involves constant movement, communication, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing may be required.
Additional Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to build relationships, sell products, and influence others. Must be goal-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. A strong sense of urgency and a desire for knowledge is essential.
Technical Skills: Proficient in navigating internet browsers, utilizing website search engines, and operating smart devices and applications.
Work Schedule: Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed by the company.
Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Previous sales experience is preferred.
