Job Summary:

The Sales Manager - End Markets is responsible for driving sales growth and revenue at select OEM's and Integrators within our focus end markets. This role will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical advice and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Grow sales at select OEM's and Integrators within our focus end markets

* Capture significant market share in assigned region

* Partner with applications and engineering resources within targets

* Build deep relationships and understand customers' challenges

* Provide technical advice and support to customers on our products and markets

* Inform organization on key market trends and challenges

* Maximize use of CRM to manage targets, customers, activities, and KPIs

* Effectively communicate with customers and Dorner organization

* Create annual plan on revenue and steps to achieve desired outcomes

* Implement action plans to overcome shortfalls or competitive situations

* Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering course of study preferred

* Microsoft Suite software, ERP, and CRM

* 5+ years of direct selling and converting accounts demonstrated experience in driving efficiency improvements

* Direct sales experience selling to OEMs and Integrators within the industrial, automation, food, and packaging industries preferred

* Travel 50% - 75%
