Position Overview

Compensation:

Projected earnings of $70,000 annually based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and managing existing relationships, including scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and addressing questions related to insurance eligibility and claims.
  • Assess the insurance needs, risks, existing coverage, long-term objectives, and financial situations of new clients through consultations to create a personalized experience that surpasses expectations.
  • Assist policyholders throughout the insurance claims process while monitoring the status of ongoing claims.
  • Maintain accurate databases, records, and bookkeeping to ensure all documentation is current.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in the health or life insurance sectors is preferred.
  • Customer service or sales experience is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • An active Life & Health insurance license is a valuable asset.
