Job Title: Sales Executive for Insurance Solutions at AUI

The Sales Executive's position at AUI involves promoting health, life, and various insurance products, along with professional HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective clients to present group insurance offerings and supplementary services.
  • Continuously build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Participate in networking events to cultivate leads throughout the region.
  • Collaborate effectively with various teams to achieve successful results.
  • Manage an existing portfolio of clients and foster relationships for renewals.

Duties and Tasks:

  • Clarify insurance policies and products to clients, guiding them in choosing appropriate coverage.
  • Suggest updates or changes to clients' existing insurance plans.
  • Craft customized insurance packages tailored to client needs.
  • Successfully close sales transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

  • Ability to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Strong resilience to manage rejections.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and sales skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.

  • Adept at conducting both virtual and face-to-face sales presentations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of insurance products and HR service frameworks.
  • Ability to recommend optimal insurance policies to clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in forecasting, business reporting, and utilizing CRM systems.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
  • Preferably possesses an Ohio license to sell Life, Accident, and Health insurance or is willing to obtain one shortly after hiring.
  • Minimum of five years of B2B sales experience.
  • Preferred experience of at least two years in the insurance or professional services sector.
